After attending the  2016 CBF Assembly and being commissioned as a church planter, we were excited. But our mission was even more excited when I told our people about the $12 million campaign. The vision to fully support our missionaries touched our church family. Even though our mission is small, we wanted to give a significant gift. Our  members prayed and felt led to give $2500. Since receiving our gift, we have been affirmed wonderfully by CBF personnel calling us to thank us. We feel so affirmed by CBF that we wanted to return this affirmation however we could. Supporting the $12 million campaign was our immediate response. Since we feel so deeply loved by CBF, we want to love back by giving eleven (11) per cent of our general offerings to National CBF, Georgia CBF, the Baptist World Alliance and McAfee School of Theology at Mercer University. Moreover, we are donating additional funds to support the superb work of Baptist Today.

We see and feel the Holy Spirit moving within the CBF. We hear visionary goals being shared to take the story of Jesus, not only in word, but deed, to a hurting world. We find rich meaning being a part of such a loving family. Being loved first makes us want to love back!  Within the CBF family, we witness the teaching of Jesus in John 13: 34-35 take on reality though people. We are excited to be a part of this movement!
